We use collected information for the following purposes: Service delivery: • Generating astrological charts, reports, and Panchanga data • Scheduling and managing consultation bookings • Communicating session confirmations, reminders, and report delivery via email Transactional communications: • Sending booking confirmations, payment receipts, and report delivery notifications • Responding to support enquiries Service improvement: • Analysing usage patterns to improve platform features and performance (via anonymised analytics) • Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse Marketing (only with your consent): • Sending newsletters or astrology guides if you have opted in • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email we send We do not use your astrological data (birth details, chart interpretations) for automated profiling or any purpose beyond astrology service delivery.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide our Services: • Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment details are governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy. • Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, report notifications). Only your name and email are shared for this purpose. • Zoho Bookings (srideviastro.zohobookings.in) — consultation scheduling and payment processing. If you book via our Zoho Bookings portal, Zoho's Privacy Policy governs that interaction. • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised website and app usage analytics. We do not pass personally identifiable information to Google Analytics. • Google Play Store — for app distribution. Google's privacy practices govern your use of the Play Store platform. All service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the stated purpose. Legal requirements: • We may disclose information if required by applicable Indian law, court order, or government authority.

Our mobile applications on the Google Play Store collect limited data to provide functionality: • Birth details you enter are stored on your device by default and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use an online feature (such as Muhurta calculation requiring location). • App usage patterns are collected anonymously for performance monitoring. • We do not track your location in the background. • We do not share app usage data with advertisers. Google Play Services: The Google Play Store and associated Google services may collect device identifiers and usage data independently. This collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and is outside our control.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information: • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS • Database access is restricted to authorised personnel and services • Payment processing is entirely handled by Razorpay — we never see or store full card or bank details • Mobile app profiles are stored on-device by default No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide Services and comply with legal obligations: • Account and booking data: 3 years from the last transaction, or as required by applicable tax law • Consultation records and reports: 5 years for quality and legal purposes • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent • Anonymous usage analytics: retained indefinitely in aggregated form You may request deletion of your personal data (see Section 8).
