1. Mobile App Support (Astro Mitra)
Astro Mitra is our free Vedic astrology app for Android. For any issue with the app — installation, crashes, chart questions, or feature requests — email srideviastro256@gmail.com with the subject "App Support".
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include:
• Your device model and Android version
• The app version (shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen)
• What you were doing when the problem occurred, and a screenshot if possible
Common questions:
• Chart looks different from another app/astrologer — most differences come from the birth time entered or the ayanamsa used. Astro Mitra uses Chitrapaksha (Lahiri) ayanamsa, the most widely used standard in Vedic astrology. Even a few minutes' difference in birth time can change the Lagna.
• My birth details are wrong — profiles are stored on your device. Open the profile, edit the details, and the chart recalculates instantly. Nothing needs to be changed on a server.
• The app crashed — crash reports reach us automatically (anonymised, via Firebase Crashlytics), but an email with the steps that led to the crash helps us fix it much faster.
2. Data & Account Deletion Requests
Your birth details and profiles in Astro Mitra are stored on your device by default — uninstalling the app removes them. They are not held on our servers unless you explicitly used an online feature.
To request deletion of any personal data we do hold (for example, report orders, consultation records, or newsletter subscriptions), email srideviastro256@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Data" from the email address the data is associated with.
What happens next:
• We confirm receipt and verify the request came from the address on record
• Data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must retain under Indian tax or other applicable law (see the Privacy Policy, Section 7, for retention periods)
• You receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

3. Reports, Consultations & Payments
Report orders:
• After ordering, you receive a Razorpay payment link. Reports are delivered by email within 24 hours (Ask One Question) or 48–72 hours (full reports) of payment confirmation.
• Report not received in that window? Email srideviastro256@gmail.com with the subject "Report Order" and the email address you ordered with.
Consultations:
• Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation questions: email us or reply to your booking confirmation email.
Payments:
• All payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Charged but no confirmation? Payment confirmations can take a few minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, email us with the approximate payment time and amount; we can reconcile it against the Razorpay dashboard.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (linked below).

Typical response time: within 48 hours. Privacy and data-deletion requests are answered within 30 days as required by law, though usually much sooner.
