By accessing or using the Sri Devi Astro website (srideviastro.in), mobile applications available on the Google Play Store (including Astro Mitra, Panchanga Mitra, and Astro Pravesh), or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. Sri Devi Astro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Sri Devi Astro provides the following: • Vedic astrology consultations (one-on-one sessions with our Vedic astrologer) • Written astrology reports delivered as PDF files (Career, Marriage, Health, Annual Horoscope, and others) • Mobile applications for Kundali analysis, daily Panchanga, horoscope, and astrology education • Free online tools (Kundli generator, Kundli matching, Nakshatra finder, Panchang) • Educational content including guides and learning modules All services are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other regulated professional advice.

THIS IS IMPORTANT. All content, readings, reports, tools, and mobile applications provided by Sri Devi Astro are strictly for educational and entertainment purposes. Vedic astrology (Jyotish Shastra) is an ancient cultural tradition. It is not a recognised science, and we make no representations regarding scientific validity, accuracy, completeness, or predictive reliability of any service or output. Specifically: • Astrological readings are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. • Astrological readings are not a substitute for legal, financial, or investment advice. • Relationship or marriage compatibility scores (including Kundli matching) are informational only and must not be the sole basis for any life decision. • Career or timing predictions are not a substitute for professional career counselling. Sri Devi Astro, its astrologers, employees, and affiliates expressly disclaim any and all liability for decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes arising from use of our Services. You use our Services entirely at your own risk.

Sri Devi Astro publishes mobile applications on the Google Play Store for Android devices. By downloading, installing, or using any such application, you agree to the following additional terms: Educational use only: • All mobile applications are provided solely for educational and entertainment purposes. • We do not claim accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation, chart, prediction, or recommendation generated by the applications. • The applications must not be used as a basis for medical, legal, financial, or any other professional decision. No liability: • Sri Devi Astro does not own or accept any liability of any kind for any harm, loss, damage, or adverse outcome alleged to have resulted — directly or indirectly — from the use of our mobile applications. This includes but is not limited to decisions made in reliance on the app's output. • We are not responsible for the compatibility of our apps with your specific device, Android version, or network conditions. • We do not guarantee that the apps will be free of bugs, interruptions, or inaccuracies. Third-party platform: • The Google Play Store is a third-party distribution platform operated by Google LLC, not by Sri Devi Astro. Your use of the Play Store is separately governed by Google's Terms of Service. Sri Devi Astro is not affiliated with Google and bears no responsibility for the Play Store platform. • App updates may change, remove, or modify features without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility. In-app purchases: • Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Google Play's refund policy, not ours.

To use Sri Devi Astro's paid services you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the explicit consent of a parent or guardian • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Provide accurate and truthful information (including birth details) at the time of booking Sri Devi Astro reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

All consultations and reports must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. Sri Devi Astro does not store any payment card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details on its servers. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address. Sri Devi Astro reserves the right to revise pricing at any time; the price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of payment. Astrological charts and interpretations are based on traditional Vedic calculation methods and our astrologer's expertise. We do not represent that: • Any prediction, forecast, or recommendation will prove accurate or occur as described • Birth chart calculations are entirely error-free (minor variations in ayanamsa, house system, or geographical coordinate precision may exist) • Any interpretation is the only valid or authoritative interpretation • Results produced by automated tools or mobile apps are equivalent to a personal consultation Results may vary based on the birth details provided. Incorrect or approximate birth details (especially birth time) can materially affect astrological calculations. We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from information provided by the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sri Devi Astro and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Use of or inability to use our Services or mobile applications • Any decision made or action taken based on astrological guidance or app output • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data • Any technical errors, app crashes, or service interruptions • Any other matter related to our Services Our total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the incident.

All content on the Sri Devi Astro platform — including text, graphics, logos, mobile application code, report templates, educational material, and website design — is the exclusive property of Sri Devi Astro or its licensors, protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Personalised reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our applications • Submit false or misleading birth details to obtain a reading, report, or consultation • Resell, redistribute, or publish reports or consultation content without written permission • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platform • Use our Services to harass, defame, or harm any person

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days of written notice, it may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
